THE VIETNAM LAW DAY (09/11/2025)

I. PURPOSE AND SIGNIFICANCE OF THE VIETNAM LAW DAY
Every year, November 9 is observed as “The Vietnam Law Day”, a national occasion to honor the Constitution, celebrate the role of law in social life, and strengthen the spirit of legal compliance. It is an opportunity for every citizen, agency, and organization to enhance awareness, respect, and observance of the law, thereby contributing to building a Socialist Rule-of-Law State of the People, by the People, and for the People.
For organizations and enterprises, including Saigontourist Group, the Law Day serves as an important reminder to reinforce the culture of legal compliance in all business activities — ensuring sustainable, transparent, and responsible growth.

II. REGULATIONS ON THE VIETNAM LAW DAY
According to the Law on Dissemination and Education of Laws (2012), Article 8 stipulates that November 9 every year shall be designated as the Vietnam Law Day. Various activities are held nationwide, such as seminars, banners, documentary screenings, and dissemination of new legal regulations — all aimed at promoting legal knowledge and compliance across society.

IV. ACTIVITIES AT REX HOTEL SAIGON
In celebration of the Vietnam Law Day (November 9, 2025), Rex Hotel Saigon, a member of Saigontourist Group, organizes a series of internal communication activities to spread the spirit of law observance among all employees.

Displaying banners at the Le Thanh Ton gate to basement with the message:
“Living and working in accordance with the Constitution and the law is a practical way to celebrate the Vietnam Law Day.”
Screening a video clip introducing the tradition and significance of the Vietnam Law Day in the staff canteen area from November 5 to 12, 2025.
Sharing new legal updates relevant to employees via the hotel’s internal bulletin board and e-newsletter.
